Terms of Use

1. Ownership of Content

All story content, NPC dialogue, character voices, lore, world-building, and narrative generated within PrimalFade is the exclusive intellectual property of PrimalFade and PrimalFade Limited. This includes all AI-generated responses produced during your sessions.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to experience this content for your own private enjoyment. You may share screenshots for personal social media use with attribution to PrimalFade.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not reproduce, copy, transcribe, or extract NPC dialogue or story content for commercial purposes; compile session transcripts into books, scripts, or derivative works for sale or distribution; use automated tools or bots to extract content; train AI models on content generated within this platform; or publish session content reproducing substantial portions of NPC dialogue without express written permission from PrimalFade.

4. Content Fingerprinting

All content generated within PrimalFade is digitally fingerprinted with session-specific identifiers. Unauthorised reproduction can be traced to its source session.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

Usage patterns are monitored to detect bulk content extraction. Accounts exhibiting extraction behaviour will be suspended without refund. PrimalFade reserves all rights under New Zealand copyright law and the Berne Convention.

6. Age Requirement and Content

PrimalFade is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account or play. PrimalFade is interactive fiction with dark romance and mature themes. It does not contain explicit sexual content. We may suspend access to any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
